When will I receive my order?
All items are custom made just for you.  Please allow at least 7-10 business days for us to ship your order. Business days do not include week ends or holidays.  Personalized items require up to an additional 7 days.  Please let us know if you need a rush order as we will do are best to accommodate you.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the date you receive the order.  (Please allow for shipping time).

Unused, unwashed items that are in their original condition and packaging will be issued a complete refund, (excluding shipping charges).
